Standard DVD is a great choice for archiving your family movies. With Standard DVD, it's your option. We can transfer one tape to one DVD or Multiple Tapes to One DVD. (Maximum time is two hours per DVD, All Tapes Combined). The Price is Per Tape, Not Per DVD. You get a high quality DVD disc, chapter marks every 5 minutes, and your tape titles on the DVD Menu. Please limit your titles to 25 characters. Also, we want to make sure to get your title correct, so please provide us with a typed list on your titles. Periodic thumbnails will be printed on the DVD and the DVD case along with a main menu title that you can provide. This makes it easy for you to identify what is on your DVD. For tapes longer than two hours, please select a quantity of two and we will split your tape into two Standard DVD's.
Please choose your option when ordering: One tape per DVD or Combine Multiple Tapes to One DVD. If you want your tapes combined, please specify which tapes to combine or number your tapes an we will combine them in that order as possible. The price is Per Tape, Not Per DVD.
For Standard DVD orders we use only High Quality Taiyo Yuden Hardcoat Premium DVD Media which is made in Japan. Taiyo Yuden Premium DVD Media is Scratch Resistent, Fingerprint Resitent, Repels Dust & Dirt & is rated at least 100 Year Archival Life.
Standard DVD is available from all these North American (NTSC) formats: VHS, VHS-C,
8mm Video, Hi-8mm Video, Digital 8mm, Beta, BetaMax, MiniDV, and
(MiniDV High Definition - Standard Definition). We do not transfer PAL format.

What kind of tapes do you transfer?
We transfer the following North American (NTSC) Formats: VHS, VHS-C,
8mm Video, Hi-8mm Video, Digital 8mm Video, Mini-DV, Mini-DV High
Definition to Standard Definition, and Beta, and Betamax tapes.
Do you transfer PAL/SECAM (European Format) Video Tapes?
No, we do not transfer PAL/SECAM tapes at this time. Please do not send us PAL/SECAM tapes.
What is the difference between Basic, Standard, Premium DVD?
Basic DVD does not include titles, thumbnails, or editing. The DVD used is a blank inkjet printable DVD. You can write or use your own inkjet printer to print directly onto the DVD. Basic DVD is one tape to one DVD. Price is per tape.
Basic DVD Combo is for customers who have more than one tape that they wish to be combined onto one DVD. (Maximum length is 2 hours, all tapes combined.) Price is per tape, not per DVD. Basic DVD Combo does not include any titles.
Standard DVD includes Chapter Thumbnails and a Main Menu Title printed directly on the DVD & DVD Protective Case. It allows you to see what is the DVD without having to put it in a DVD player. With Standard DVD, you have the option of having more than one tape transferred to one DVD. (Maximum length is 2 hours, all tapes combined.). Please make sure your titles are typed or clearly written on a separate sheet of paper or on each tape. Price is per tape, not per DVD.
Premium DVD is for customers who would like a custom edit done on their DVD. It includes everything that the Standard DVD has, but, you can let us know what to edit out of your DVD.
Can I combine multiple tapes to a single DVD?
Yes. With Basic DVD Combo, Standard DVD, and Premium DVD you can have up to multiple tapes combined on one DVD. Prices are computed per tape, not per DVD.
Are your DVD's Copy Protected?
No. Our DVD's contain no copy protection. You will have no problem making copies with your own dvd burner. They are your to copy as you choose.
Can this DVD be imported into a computer for editing?
Yes, but we do not offer technical support for this. Our DVD's are finalized DVD's which are intended for use in dvd players, not for editing. It is possible, however, for you to import the dvd into your computer and edit with the appropriate software. You would have to purchase the appropriate software. It is not something that generally comes pre-installed on your computer.
Can I have a title put on the DVD Menu?
If you would like a title on your DVD, please select Standard or Premium DVD.
Are there chapter marks?
Yes, chapter mark every 5 minutes.
My video tape is broken, can you repair it?
Yes. If you have a broken video tape, please add Video Tape Repair to your order.
Can I drop off your order at your location?
We are an internet video transfer company only. All orders must be shipped to us. We do not have a retail storefront
location.
Do you send any of your work out or overseas?
No. All work is completed in our imaging lab. You precious memories will be handled with absolute care and will be packed well when shipped back to you.
Will you return all my originals?
Yes. All your original images, tapes or film will be returned along with your new DVD's or CD's.
