Our Standard Service Times
Our standard service times are the usual time it takes to complete a transfer order once received in our video lab. These times do not include shipping time back to you. Your order may take a few days more or less depending on the size and complexity of your order and our current workload. Standard service times are not guaranteed. For an additional charge, we offer a 2-3 service time on most services. If you need a project done in a hurry or by a specific date, we suggest to contact us via email or phone to make sure we can meet your deadline before you place your order.
Business Days are Monday-Friday only and DO NOT include Holidays & Weekends.
